Update

Hope you all are enjoying our blog. There are many fond memories of our service as Mission President and Mission Mom of the Philippines Baguio Mission.

Attention: Family and friends of missionaries in the Philippines Baguio Mission, PLEASE use the address located in the upper right-hand corner of this blog. As of July 1, 2014, President Monahan and I preside over the Philippines Urdaneta Mission. At that time, the Baguio Mission office changed locations and there is a new address. However, Urdaneta Mission still receives mail for missionaries who are actually in the Baguio Mission. Unfortunately, if we receive mail here in Urdaneta for missionaries in Baguio Mission, there is a long delay in getting those letters and packages to them. If you want your Baguio missionaries to receive their mail in a timely manner, please use the new address for Baguio Mission. Your missionaries will thank you!

Blog for Urdaneta Mission

It has been two months since the Baguio Mission split and the Philippines Urdaneta Mission was created.  Here is the news that some of you have been waiting for... the new blog for Urdaneta Mission is now up and running.  The name of our new blog is Urdaneta Net.  The blog is through Google:  urdanetanet.blogspot.com    Check it out!  Pictures of new and departing missionaries will be posted at the end of next week.

You will still be able to view The Baguio Beat We have many wonderful memories of our year in the Baguio Mission, so we will definitely keep this blog for everyone to access all the pictures since July 2012.  Thank you to all of our Baguio RMs for keeping in touch with us. We appreciate all the families and friends whose love and prayers we felt throughout our first year as mission president and mission mom.  We love you and feel blessed to serve the Lord with so many fine missionaries.

August 2013 Quad-Zone Conferences

The first zone conferences in the Urdaneta Mission were held August 14th and 15th--four zones at each conference.  We felt the spirit as we met with and taught our wonderful missionaries.  At lunch time we enjoyed delicious food, then visited, took pictures and celebrated birthdays for the months of June, July and August (also some who had birthdays in May that we had missed).....

August 14th - Calasiao, Mangaldan, Rosales & Urdaneta Zones

August 15th - Alaminos, Bayambang, Dagupan & Lingayen Zones
